At this year’s Carpe Diem project, organized by the Croatian Public Relations Association, the goal is to exchange knowledge between members from various fields of public relations. Colleagues from our profession will be able to get firsthand information concerning our work, precisely, what our work ethic implies and which campaigns and projects we successfully implemented. Every HUOJ member can apply for the project and learn what activities their colleagues from other sectors are engaged in.

Our colleagues Petar Tanta and Gordan Turković, CEOs of the CTA communication agency, will introduce all participants to the work of the agency and its projects. Besides talking about their career paths to their current positions, they will present our agency by showing a few case studies of our major projects and thus exchanging experiences with other colleagues. Part of the lecture will be dedicated to our most successful campaign “This truly matters” which brought us numerous awards. After less than three years since its establishment, CTA communication agency became the proud winner of the Grand Prix of the Croatian Public Relations Association (HUOJ), the world’s most prestigious PR recognition “Golden World Awards for Excellence” of the International Public Relations Association (IPRA), Eventiada IPRA GWA Award in competition from Eastern Europe, the Commonwealth of the Independent States and Central Asia, as well as the “European Excellence Awards” in the category of NGOs and a special jury award for the best campaign in Europe among 350 finalists in 60 categories. Also, this year, in June, we were awarded the world-renowned marketing award “Effie Awards Croatia” for the aforementioned campaign. In addition to this Corporate social responsibility, we won another Grand PRix of HUOJ, for communicating the event for tweet exhibition “Trending #HGSS70” with the Croatian Mountain Rescue Service. Our colleagues Turković and Tanta will explain how such results are achieved and that big things do not require a large team, but a well-thought-out strategy, planning and good organization between all employees.

The special feature of the Carpe Diem project is the presentation of the company’s organization and introducing the attendees to the business processes which cannot otherwise be seen. This is how it contributes to the quality of the project and also, visitors get a chance to gain a unique experience and hear direct information.
