Filip Pavelić

Junior Communication Consultant at CTA komunikacije with experience in creating and conducting campaigns in various sectors, developing communication strategies, creating diverse content, managing social networks and Internet portals and crisis communication.

Filip began his business career while studying at the public relations agency Manjgura – first as an Communications Assistant and then as a Junior cCommunication Consultant. In that period, he primarily dealt with public relations at the level of local self-government units. He won two local elections with different clients, and one presidential election. He is part of the team that won the 2018 Polaris International Award for excellence in implementing political campaigns and strategies. He was also nominated for the Grand PRix Award for Political Communication of the Croatian Public Relations Association in 2018 for his work on one of the political campaigns. After public relations, he tried his hand at SofaIT in the position of Customer Success Specialist, where he acquired additional knowledge in the development and promotion of business applications.

Apart from his official business career, Filip is also a football coach with a UEFA B license, and spends most of his free time on the football field as a player or coach of the younger categories of NK Zagreb 041. In this aspect of his life he works a lot with children asylum seekers with the idea of sports as a best tool for integration. He also participated in the EU projects “Bridges” and “Sport Together”.

Filip obtained his master’s degree in History Education at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb in 2020 on the topic “Environmental factors of hunger in Srednja Lika in the second half of the 18th and early 19th century”, under the mentorship of prof. dr. sc. Hrvoje Petrić. His work won the “Ferdo Šišić” award for the best graduate thesis in Croatia in the field of history in 2020.
