Filip Pavelić
Communication Consultant at CTA komunikacije with experience in creating and conducting campaigns in various sectors, developing communication strategies, creating diverse content, managing social networks and Internet portals and crisis communication.
Filip began his business career while studying at the public relations agency Manjgura – first as a Communications Assistant and then as a Junior Communication Consultant. In that period, he primarily dealt with public relations at the level of local self-government units. He won two local elections with different clients and one presidential election. He is part of the team that won the 2018 Polaris International Award for excellence in implementing political campaigns and strategies. He was also nominated for the Grand PRix Award for Political Communication of the Croatian Public Relations Association in 2018 for his work on one of the political campaigns. After public relations, he tried his hand at SofaIT in the position of Customer Success Specialist, where he acquired additional knowledge in the development and promotion of business applications.
Filip is also a football coach with a UEFA B license, bringing over 10 years of experience working with children. He views sports as one of the best tools for integrating various vulnerable groups into society, which is why he has participated in EU projects such as “Bridges,” “Sport Together,” and “Sport Zajedno.”
Filip obtained his master’s degree in History Education at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb in 2020 on the topic “Environmental factors of hunger in Srednja Lika in the second half of the 18th and early 19th century”, under the mentorship of prof. dr. sc. Hrvoje Petrić. His work won the “Ferdo Šišić” award for the best graduate thesis in Croatia in the field of history in 2020. He is currently studying for a doctorate in history at the Croatian Catholic University.
