We are happy to announce that Filip Pavelić has joined the growing CTA communications team as a junior communications consultant.

As the scope of work in CTA communications increases, we felt the need to further strengthen our team. Sometimes the process of hiring new people requires lengthy processes and an extensive search for people who match the quality and character of the existing team. And sometimes, as in this case, the cards arrange themselves and all you need is one conversation and a handshake.

Filip started his career at Manjgura public relations agency while still studying – first as an assistant and then as a junior consultant. In that period, he primarily dealt with public relations at the local self-government level, strategically and operationally. He participated in the development and implementation of the political campaigns strategy in the presidential and local elections in Croatia as well as in crisis communication projects. He is part of the team that won the Polaris International Award 2018 for excellence in the implementation of political campaigns and strategies. He was also nominated for the 2018 Grand PRix Award for Political Communication of the Croatian Public Relations Association for his work on one of the political campaigns.

After public relations, he tried his hand at SofaIT as a Customer Success Specialist, where he gained additional knowledge in the development and promotion of business applications.

In addition to his official business career, Filip is also a football coach with a UEFA B license, and spends most of his free time on the football field as a player or coach of the younger categories of NK Zagreb 041. In this aspect of his work he spent much of his time integrating asylum-seeker children through football. As a result of his work he was a participant in the EU projects “Bridges” and “Sport Together”.

Filip obtained a Master’s Degree in History Education at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb in 2020 on the topic “Environmental factors of hunger in Srednja Lika in the second half of the 18th and early 19th century”, under the mentorship of prof. dr. sc. Hrvoje Petrić.

We wish Filip a lot of luck and success in working with us!
