We believe everyone present enjoyed listening to our very own Gordan Turkovi\u0107, who \u2013 alongside \u017deljko Erceg, Kre\u0161imir Macan, Ankica Mami\u0107, and Jerko Trogrli\u0107 \u2013 shared some fascinating PR stories during the panel &#8220;How to Sell White Kidneys.&#8221; The moderator, Jasen Boko, skillfully led the program, and the entire evening was a delightful and educational experience for all in attendance.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/ctakomunikacije.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/336901161_1367505590486096_4434043641058132107_n-1024x683-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3108\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">PHOTO: Maja Prgomet<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Reflecting on his 12-13 years in the business, Gordan realized he had sold white kidneys better than anyone else. Although it wasn\u2019t his original plan nor something he studied at university, he understood that his upbringing, the people he met, and his environment all guided him toward a career in communications. To illustrate his point, he shared several stories about how his family influenced where he is today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first story involves his father, the best spin doctor he&#8217;s ever met, who preached about healthy eating while drinking coffee with the biggest donut in his mouth. When he confronted his father and his unhealthy eating habits, he got the answer: &#8220;But that&#8217;s why I put Natren in the coffee.&#8221; This was a perfect example of a shift in perception\u2014a different view of the same truth that many consider the foundation of public relations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/ctakomunikacije.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/336909478_956098992062309_206048150042615251_n-1024x683-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3109\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>FOTO: Maja Prgomet<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>U svojih 10 minuta nastupa, u kojem nema \u010ditanja ni \u0161alabahtera, ispri\u010dao je i pri\u010du o svojoj pokojnoj baki koja je usavr\u0161ila prodaju doma\u0107ih proizvoda turistima koji su odsjeli u njenim apartmanima. Dotaknuo se va\u017enosti asertivne komunikacije u ku\u0107i, kao i upornosti i osje\u0107aja nesigurnosti na po\u010detku karijere.
