Held last Saturday under the shade of Đardin’s trees, the one-day festival promoted sustainable waste management by emphasizing waste reduction and the reuse of items and food. The event adhered to strict eco-friendly principles, aiming to minimize waste production. To support this, the festival provided plenty of sorting bins, eco-friendly utensils, and demonstrations of household waste reduction techniques.

The zero waste culinary show was led by former Masterchef finalist Gorana Milaković, in collaboration with the Gastro Academy from Garešnica.
