The well-deserved promotion came after more than four years of work in CTA komunikacije, where she has risen through all levels, starting as a <a href=\"https:\/\/ctakomunikacije.hr\/en\/students-who-worked-on-the-global-award-winning-campaign-in-pr-meet-valentina-and-eli\/\">public relations intern<\/a>, then moving on to communications assistant and junior communications consultant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ctakomunikacije.hr\/en\/cta-team\/valentina-mezdic\/\">Throughout <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/ctakomunikacije.hr\/en\/cta-team\/valentina-mezdic\/\">h<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/ctakomunikacije.hr\/en\/cta-team\/valentina-mezdic\/\">er career<\/a>, Valentina has achieved numerous significant milestones, including nine national and international awards for successful communications campaigns. A standout moment in her career was in 2022 when, as the team leader, she won the prestigious Grand PRix from the Croatian Public Relations Association (HUOJ) and the IPRA Golden World Award for Excellence for the campaign &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/ctakomunikacije.hr\/en\/cta-komunikacije-wins-a-gold-grand-prix-award-for-the-1100-km-for-1100-therapies-campaign\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">1100 kilometers for 1100 therapies,<\/a>&#8221; in collaboration with mountaineers Ranko Dragi\u010devi\u0107 and Daniel Lon\u010dar, as well as the &#8220;Bra\u010dki pupoljci&#8221; association, in the category of public relations for institutions, associations, and NGOs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2023, Valentina was a <a href=\"https:\/\/ctakomunikacije.hr\/en\/valentina-mezdic-jury-member-for-16th-huoj-grand-prix\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">member of the expert jury<\/a> of HUOJ&#8217;s Grand PRix award.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She obtained her Master&#8217;s degree in Communication Studies in 2021 from the Faculty of Croatian Studies at the University of Zagreb, specializing in mass communication research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Valentina Mezdi\u0107 has been promoted to the position of Communications Consultant, providing CTA komunikacije with yet another reason to celebrate, still basking in the festive spirit of its fifth anniversary.
