Nika Novak

As a communications assistant at CTA komunikacije, she brings experience in crafting marketing strategies and running campaigns for clients in both business and nonprofit sectors.

She completed her undergraduate and graduate studies in Political Science at the Faculty of Political Science in Zagreb. During her studies, she deepened her knowledge of public relations through an internship at Millenium promocija, followed by involvement in public policies as part of the smart public administration team at the consulting agency Apsolon. Her professional journey began as an account executive at the creative agency Señor, where she managed projects creating verbal and visual solutions for well-known Croatian companies across various sectors and smaller nonprofit organizations, some of which were recognized by industry peers at regional festivals.

Seeking new communication challenges and opportunities to expand her experience, she joined the PR team at CTA Communications in June 2024 as a communications assistant.
