Valentina Mezdić

Communications Consultant at the CTA komunikacije with experience in creating and implementing communication strategies, managing clients, social media, creating diverse content, event management and coordinating communication campaigns in various sectors. She actively and passionately participates in projects with nonprofit organizations to enhance the quality of life for diverse vulnerable groups in society.

She began her career at the ForgeBIT agency as a Social Media and Content Manager and at their sister company Top Digital Agency as a PR and Digital Channel Specialist.  In 2019 she joined CTA komunikacije.  

As part of or leading the CTA komunikacije team on diverse campaigns, from 2020 to date, she has won numerous international and domestic awards: four gold Grand PRix awards from the Croatian Public Relations Association (HUOJ), two prestigious International Public Relations Association (IPRA) Golden World Awards for Excellence, two European Excellence Awards, Eventiada IPRA Golden World Awards, and Effie Awards Croatia. Together with her colleague Lara Paša, she also won bronze at the 2024 Young Lions Croatia competition in the PR category.

In 2023, she served as a jury member for the HUOJ Grand PRix awards.

In addition to her agency work, she actively sings in the Showtime Band and occasionally hosts live events. She also completed the student program of the Academy for Political Development (APR). 

She completed her master’s degree in Communication Studies in 2021 at the Faculty of Croatian Studies at the University of Zagreb in the field of Mass Communication Research.
