In our efforts to strengthen our digital marketing team, we are excited to welcome Iva Lukin as a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist.
During her communication studies at what was then the Croatian Studies Faculty of the University of Zagreb, Iva explored various areas of PR and marketing. As a member and later the head of the Student Activity Promotion Association at Croatian Studies, she participated in organizing the first three editions of the Student Film Festival. Beyond her academic education, Iva honed her skills through numerous courses and workshops in SEO, digital advertising, copywriting, and content marketing.
Her internship in the PR department at Pickbox, where she was responsible for writing blog posts for the series and film website “Serijski ubojica,” made her realize the importance of high-quality digital content as a subtle yet powerful marketing tool. She also got a taste of agency life during a brief internship at the PR agency Colić, Laco, i partneri.
Iva’s passion for digital marketing began during her studies, drawn to the analytical and creative possibilities that digitalization offers. With a keen interest in digital communication analytics, she completed her thesis on “The Use of Big Data in Strategic Public Relations Planning” under the mentorship of doc. dr. sc. Jelena Jurišić.
Her first serious student job turned into a long-term engagement, so from 2016 to 2023, you could find Iva at the Private School Futura, where she was theHead of Digital Marketing and Coordinator of Erasmus+ Projects. Her role at Futura covered a wide range of digital marketing tasks.
After years of independent work and learning, Iva decided it was time to take the next step in her career, seeking a place where she could further enhance her skills and professional experience. We are thrilled that Iva chose CTA komunikacije for this next chapter!
