Ivana and Nina have been an essential part of the digital team at CTA komunikacije for just over two years. They independently manage several brands across different markets, with their campaigns consistently achieving outstanding results! So, it’s no surprise that they have been promoted to the roles of Junior Digital Marketing Specialists.
How Ivana became part of CTA komunikacije
Ivana Beg started her professional journey at CTA komunikacije. She began as a public relations intern but quickly realized her passion was focused on marketing. At the same time, as the digital department was taking shape, Ivana was first in line to join that team alongside her mentor and leader, Marin Zdelar. After finishing university, she proudly took on the role of assistant.
Before joining CTA komunikacije, Ivana gained experience in marketing and sales, but in a hands-on way, working directly in retail. She managed store setup, finances, maintained high sales, and honed her communication skills with customers.
She currently manages several brands across different markets. Her responsibilities include copywriting, website management, market research, ad creation, and developing content for social media and Google.
Ivana earned a Master’s degree in Communication Studies in 2023 from the Faculty of Croatian Studies at the University of Zagreb, specializing in Media, with a thesis on “The Role of Video Content in Changing Communication Approaches on Social Media.”
Nina’s journey to the CTA team
While still a student, Nina started her journey toward digital marketing as a copywriter at a company, where she later took over managing social media, advertising, and creating digital content for the website. After completing her Master’s degree in Sociology at the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Zagreb, she joined the digital team at CTA komunikacije as a Digital Marketing Assistant.
Nina currently plays an active role in creating and executing creative campaigns across various digital channels, along with managing advertising and content for social media and Google.
During her time at CTA komunikacije, Nina has achieved numerous valuable milestones for the projects she’s been involved in, including seven domestic and international awards for successful communication campaigns. Notably, she received a Gold MIXX and two Silver BalCannes for the informational campaign “Separate, it’s easy” (Čistoća Split) and a Gold Grand PRix from the Croatian Public Relations Association (HUOJ) for the fire safety campaign “Recklesness is the first spark” (Hrvatske šume) in the category of public relations for large corporations.
